Returns, exchanges & cancellation

Product Returns

ALL RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED AND PROVIDED A RMA#. We have a 14 day return policy from the date it was received according to the tracking number. You may also return the item by visiting our store with your receipt. We may request a picture of your item before approving return.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and our shipping cost deducted from the refund if you received free shipping. Return shipping is at your cost and any shipping costs that were incurred during checkout are not refundable. Please ship with tracking and update us with that information as it is your responsibility in case the product gets lost. All returned orders must include an invoice and the reason you are returning. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the product/s to your original form of payment. Please note refunds normally take 4-10 business days for the credit to reflect on your statement depending on your bank.

Not all products are eligible for a refund. Closeouts, discontinued items, gloves, face masks and shields, combs and brushes, neck strips, straight razors, razor blades, liquids, hair care products, shaving products, special orders, barber kits, cosmetology kits, manicure kits, esthetician kits, barber practical state board exam kits, cosmetology practical state board exam kits, manicure practical state board exam kits, manicure practical state board exam kits, makeup kits, and shears are all not eligible for a refund.

All other products that are eligible for a refund must be in their original packaging, unused, and in factory condition; basically the same way you received the product. If there are any missing content/s, the return will be denied and a refund will not be processed. If you return a different item than originally purchased, a police report will be initiated and sent to your payment provider. Any altered, worn, damaged, tags cut, opened and/or used products will be denied.

If the order was refused or returned due to a failed delivery, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping charges. We encourage you to visit UPS.com or USPS.com to make sure your address is valid.

Exchanges

Exchanges will only be allowed for eligible items that have not been altered, worn, damaged, tags cut, opened, and/or used. You will be required to pay for the return shipping and a calculated shipping fee to have the product reshipped. An invoice for the calculated shipping fee will be sent via email. The exchanged product will be shipped after receiving and inspecting the returned product and the calculated shipping fee invoice has been paid.

Faulty or damaged product

We will replace any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition upon receiving and inspecting the product first. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, please notify us and include pictures and/or videos for faster service. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned product, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used for that order.

If the item is not faulty or damaged, the product will be shipped back to you at your cost. 

Changing or cancelling your order

As we make it our top priority to ship orders as soon as they are received, we cannot make any changes or cancel a product after you have finalized your order.

Order cancellation due to error or out of stock

Where a product has been listed at the incorrect price or with incorrect descriptive information or image due to typographical error or similar oversight, we reserve the right to cancel a transaction. Where your credit card has been charged, we will issue a refund to your credit card for the total amount debited. Note that the credit may not appear on your credit card statement until the next billing cycle.

If the product is out of stock, we will automatically cancel the order and provide a refund.
